Over Christmas we got to spend a day on the slopes at Alta with Dad, Jason, Josh, Matt, Jeff, Amy, Kira and Calvin. We met the guys for the last hour and a half and they did a little coaching with the kids. At one point we were about half way down the run and Calvin couldn't hold it any longer. When ya gotta go, ya gotta go. They loved it.

Springtime is so fun on the farm. We love to go visit the baby animals. We think we even saw "Diego" all grown up! FYI: Diego was our "pet" goat we bought on a whim at a livestock auction 2 years ago as a baby and brought him home to live in our garage for a week. It was mostly a disaster. The neighbors could hear him "maaa-ing" in the garage day and night and Jeff even gave him a bath in our tub after a bout of diarrhea (yes, it was sickening). So we had fun bottle feeding our goat for about a week and then "donated" him to Thanksgiving Point.

Take me out to the barnyard.
Take me out there right now.
Show me the cows, pigs and horses, too.
I hear an oink and a neigh and a moo.
There are chickens laying their eggs.
If they don't lay it's a shame.
Oh, it's one, two, three eggs today,
And I'm glad I came.
